Which Delivery Service are available:
The delivery services available at checkout will depend upon the product selected, the weight and dimensions of the product, the overall size of the order and delivery location. Not all delivery services are available to all delivery locations. Some products do have longer lead times; details of which can be found on product pages and confirmed during the checkout process.
- Small dimension radiator will be delivered in one working day and all order dispatched in same day if we received order before 1 clock

- Medium dimension radiators will be deliver in two working day and dispatched in same working day if we received orders before 1 clock

- Large dimensions vertical size will be deliver 2-3 working day and dispatched on same day if order received before 1 clock

Note: we request customers living in BT post code to contact us prior to purchase to confirm delivery time and shipping cost.
Orders for Collection:
collection service available at checkout if you want to collect your order from our showroom then please select the collection option at the checkout which is free after you place your order it will be ready for collection on same day.
before collection please keep your order number and give it to one of our sales representatives on the counter and they will provide you the order.
Returns information
We operate a 30-day returns policy, so if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Change in mind: if your change your mind and you want to return your order then you need to arrange delivery to our address and the return order should be in original packing with all accessories.
Damage on delivery : if you received your order damage on delivery please update us under 24hr and send us the damage picture then we will sort out the problem.
